Rob's Story
I started investing at the age of 8 with $500 and grew it to over $1,000,000 in assets by age 20. I certainly don't owe this success to any talent or special skills that I possess. However, I did have something that most didn't, a mentor.
I owe this success to the guidance of my mentor, my best friend, my Step Dad. I consider myself extraordinarily fortunate to have had such a mentor and dedicate this work to him. I'm committed to giving this gift of investment wisdom and mentorship back to as many people as I can in his name.

I became a financial advisor at a large firm in Los Angeles but was found myself faced with large commission quotas and incentives to sell investments that were designed to discreetly siphon fees from client's accounts. I created InvestVIP to empower you the people to invest with confidence on your own with far better results than you would ever have with a financial advisor.
Mission
My goal is to have you thinking and investing like some of the best investors, like Warren Buffet. I want you to first avoid some of the most common and costly mistakes: primarily a lack of patience, investing without a plan and investing with emotion (fear and greed). My goal is to have you follow a disciplined approach that has proven to work.
I ultimately want you to invest with confidence and remove any emotions or doubt in your investing process.
The only emotions involved in your investing should be your excitement to be able to retire early
and have the freedom to live your best life by following the VIP investing process.
You don't need to be brilliant. Anyone can do this. You just need to know how and always stay disciplined to a set of investing rules that I will teach you.
InvestVIP Process
Now, 30 years since my first investment, I have refined my investment strategies and simplified them into 3 steps that anyone can use. I refer to this investing strategy as VIP Investing - Value, Invest, Protect.
Step 1: Value
a) Find companies with exceptional fundamentals by following a step by step screening
and research process.
b) Determine the company's intrinsic value and your buy price using the simple tools provided.
Step 2: Invest
a) What - dig deeper to know which companies to invest in with confidence
b) How Much - follow a set of rules to determine how much to invest in each company at specific prices
c) When - use simple technical indicators to help determine exactly when to buy and sell, removing all emotion and guesswork
Step 3: Protect
a) Use valuation measures to lock in profits and limit loss.
b) Use stock options to generate additional income and lower the amount of your capital at risk.
This step is overlooked by almost all investors and can be absolutely devastating if not properly implemented.
Robert Varie is the founder and CEO of Varie Investment Partners, LLC. With the help of his mentor, Robert began investing in stocks at the age of 8 and has been an active and prudent investor ever since. With a B.S. in Finance and Economics from San Diego State University and 30 years of investing experience, Robert's approach to investing is to remove all the noise, conflicting advice, emotion and complexity and break it down into a simple process that allows anyone to invest like the best in the world.
